Maggie has been President of International Business Circle (IBCircle) since April 2010. Prior to taking on this role, Maggie’s career spanned over 20 years in international marketing and PR. She started her career in the UK with the European headquarters of Square D Company (a Fortune 400 company at the time), worked for global top-ten PR agency Burson-Marsteller in Brussels, tech PR firm Text 100 International in London, owned her own international PR company in the UK and, most recently, worked for global PR agency, Grey Communications International (GCI Group) in Boulder, CO where she was Group Vice President. She speaks four languages, has lived in five countries and enjoys everything international. Maggie moved to Colorado in November 2000 and is passionate about the state and everything it has to offer.
Since graduating with a Honors degree in International Business, Deborah enjoyed a 19 year career in Supply Chain Management with AP Moller-Maersk. As a senior executive in Business Development and Sales based in London, then Chicago, Deborah travelled extensively throughout Asia and Europe. She then headed up both the Mid West and West Coast regions delivering a consistent year growth of 20%.
Since relocating to Niwot Colorado, she is now the Vice President of IBC developing it membership and sponsorship program. Additionally she is heading up her own real estate company under the Luxury Portfolio brand, Colorado Landmark out of the Niwot office and is a board member of Community Foodshare.
Candi has been with the IBCircle for over 7 years. She is there to greet the group, and knows how to keep the events running smoothly.
Candi has come from many different backgrounds. She started her own business when she was 16, helping families with Developmental Disabilities. She graduated from the University of Wyoming with a B.S –Biology, and continuing to grow her business for 17 years. She moved to Colorado in 2005, were she was introduced to event management through her husband’s family owned Catering company, while also being a senior manager for Target Corp.
She has seen the IBCircle really grow over the years, and is always available to help. She has recently started helping develop the group’s website with Mike and Maggie.

Paul Kullman is President of Business Beyond Borders, a strategic business consultancy that assists companies to successfully trade and invest around the world. Since 1998, Paul has served in Beijing, São Paulo, Brussels and Guadalajara as a Commercial Diplomat for the U.S. Department of Commerce. In 2014, he began working at Commerce’s office in Denver where he gave export advice to local companies in a number of sectors, including optics and photonics, education & training, publishing & media, and financial & investment services. Paul has an entrepreneurial background, having founded and managed four private companies in the trade, education, art and real estate sectors. He holds a BA in journalism from San Diego State University, an MA in international relations from San Francisco State University and another MA in political science from George Washington University. Paul speaks Portuguese, Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, German, French, Swedish and English..
